In this blog post https://bbifp.com/2018/12/28/ten-years-of-feedback/ , we discussed the data from a decade of client feedback forms. We are extremely pleased with the results of our ongoing surveys and will do our best to maintain these standards.
What we were not able to do there was show all the wonderful comments we have received over the years. Due to data privacy rules we’re unable to credit any of these comments to the individuals, but they are all genuine comments received on our feedback forms since 2009.
They also don’t include the letters, cards and emails and chocolates we have received from time to time.
The comments speak for themselves, so here they are – ten years of a job well done. (We record these comments verbatim internally, so some have been edited for clarity/relevance for publication. A few refer to staff members who have since moved on but are no doubt maintaining their standards elsewhere.)
